Piotr Zając , Anna Pater

Abstract

One of the most important and valuable assets of any organization is the people who work there and build the image and make the company function properly. Numerous studies conducted by social scientists argue that the best companies on the market are those in which professional activity is treated by employees not only as a source of income but also as a pleasure. For these reasons, the organization's desire to provide a satisfying and friendly environment should be one of the company's priorities. Employee satisfaction surveys indicate the current level of job satisfaction and employee satisfaction and at the same time inform you what to do to keep this satisfaction up and keep it to a satisfactory level. It is important to remember that employee satisfaction and satisfaction is not a luxury, but a condition of commitment, creativity and loyalty, while subordinate satisfaction translates into company profits and customer satisfaction.
